Award-winning design firm听Ayers Saint Gross听has named听Marina Carroll听as Principal and Interdisciplinary Practice Lead. Carroll brings more than 15 years of experience in architectural design, education-sector听strategy听and organizational advisory work. In this newly created role, she will advance the architectural practice鈥檚 leadership,听strategy听and performance.听Carroll previously served as the National Leader of the Education Sector at听Architectus, one of Australia鈥檚 leading architecture practices, where听she听advised听higher education and K鈥�12 institutions on strategic planning, campus transformation, emerging sector听pressures听and long-term investment priorities. Carroll is a fellow at the听Urban Design Forum, a former committee member of the听Property Council of Australia, and a recognized thought leader in the higher education sector.听听
