Perez听has听more听than听20 years working with higher education and K鈥�12 schools, specializing in master planning,听programming听and sustainable design.听As Studio Principal,听Perez听will lead business development and drive growth for the studio, working closely with Design and Technical Principals to advance design excellence and strengthen client and community partnerships. A LEED Fellow and current President of AIA Orlando, she is a nationally recognized thought leader and passionate advocate for resilience and sustainability.

Perez听currently serves as the 2026 President of AIA Orlando听and听founded and chaired the AIA Florida Resilience Committee, helping shape a proposed update to the Florida Building Code focused on resiliency. Her听work in the areas of听policy, advocacy, and professional development听also earned听her recognition as an AIA Florida Citizen Architect and an Orlando Business Journal 40 Under 40 honoree.
